10 Track EP by The Sunset Kid

Real Hip Hop

How to be Hard is a 10 track EP by The Sunset Kid. It was released in 2011 and is the Kid's 2nd official release.

As was the case with Stomp and Crush, How to be Hard was recorded in The Sunset Kid's home studio. All tracks were written by The Sunset Kid, who also produced 8 of the 10 tracks on the EP. The other 2 were produced by Rex Mason. "Rex is a friend of mine who put me on to the software that I used to make mostly all the beats that I put on Stomp and Crush and How to be Hard, plus more that I may use in some fashion at some point in the future. I know a lot of it might sound outdated to some listeners, but it was just stuff that I had to get off my chest, so to speak. Just like a lot of my verses on both albums, rhymes I wrote in the 90s, but still stuff I just had to put out, because it was written to be shared."
